Grateful to understand how challenging it can be to balance family, career, and health. Born in Leuven, where I graduated as a computer scientist. This allowed me to develop personally and professionally and to work with wonderful individuals worldwide!
At twenty, I discovered the world of fitness. I spent my free time reading about sports and nutrition. I mixed in running sessions, enjoying the freedom and nature that come along.
Over the years, I noticed a need for more consistency in my training due to motherhood, work, moving, teenage children, and injuries. A few years ago, I rediscovered joy and consistency through strength training. Certified as a personal trainer by ACE, I now safely guide others on their strength training journey.
My mission is to help women find joy in weight training and dispel the myth that it's exclusive to men. My authentic approach is rooted in simple, proven principles.
Together, we strive for consistency, with physical results as a natural outcome: a streamlined and vital appearance. I aim to inspire women to appreciate their bodies' capabilities and embrace the joy of movement. Strength training is also about valuing the journey and the well-being of an active lifestyle.
